The space
This modern and well-designed ground-floor apartment is a comfortable option for a mid-term stay in Málaga’s historic centre. Recently renovated and furnished with new pieces, it combines a practical layout with everything you need for everyday living.
As you enter, you will find an open-plan living room and kitchen. The compact modern kitchen is equipped with new appliances, while the living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day in the city. The apartment also features central air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The sleeping area is located separately from the living room and kitchen, offering greater privacy. Along the corridor, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, shared by both bedrooms.
There are two minimalist bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 180 cm), while the second features a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) and direct access to a private interior patio, furnished with chairs and a small table — a pleasant spot to enjoy some quiet time outdoors.
A private parking space is also included, which is particularly convenient for a longer stay in the city centre.
Rental duration is from 2 to 11 months. A 2-month deposit is required and must be paid via bank transfer. Utility costs will be deducted from the deposit after your stay.
⚠️ Please note: As the apartment is on the ground floor, natural daylight is limited. The living room windows overlook a lively street, so some noise from passing cars and pedestrians may be heard inside the apartment, particularly at busier times.
Guest access
You will have the entire apartment and a parking space at your disposal. We hope you will feel at home throughout your stay.
Other things to note
- Please note that access to the property is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system.
- Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
