⚠️ By making a reservation, you agree that periodic garden and pool maintenance may take place during your stay. As the exterior areas can only be accessed through the property and there is no other access, maintenance staff will have to pass through the property to carry out these services.
As you enter the property, you will find a full bathroom with a separate laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Opposite, the first bedroom features two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and direct access to the private terrace, garden, pool and jacuzzi.
The spacious outdoor area is ideal for enjoying your time at home, with several seating areas including sofas and chairs, two Balinese beds and an outdoor dining table. Please note that although the pool is private, it is visible from apartments on higher floors and is therefore not completely secluded.
The bright open-plan living area connects directly with the garden and pool, creating a comfortable space for both everyday living and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with bar stools, while the living room includes a large sofa, Smart TV, two comfortable armchairs with a coffee table and a dining area.
The remaining three bedrooms are located along a separate corridor, providing additional privacy. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), Smart TVs and ample storage, with one also offering direct access to the garden. The master bedroom at the end of the corridor features a king-size bed (195 × 200 cm), Smart TV, generous storage, a dressing area, garden access and a spacious en-suite bathroom with two sinks.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, heating and WiFi throughout. Ceiling fans are also available in the outside seating areas for additional comfort.
For added convenience during a longer stay, the property includes two private parking spaces. Residents also have access to the communal facilities, including a co-working space, communal swimming pool and Higuerón shuttle service.

⚠️ Rental duration is from 2 to 11 months. A 2-month deposit is required and must be paid via bank transfer. Utility costs will be deducted from the deposit after your stay.
- Please note that access to the property is digital. The residence entrance is accessed using a code, while the apartment door can be opened either with a code or through the digital key system, which requires a smartphone with an internet connection. Detailed access instructions will be shared with you on the day of arrival.
- Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
