Rental duration is from 2 to 11 months.
A 2-month deposit is required and must be paid via bank transfer.
Utility costs and post check out cleaning will be deducted from the deposit after your stay.

- Please note that access to the apartment is partially digital. Access to the apartment is managed digitally and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door.
- Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation.
