One of the highlights of the property is its prime beachfront location with uninterrupted sea views. The functional terrace, enclosed with glass curtains, can be enjoyed year-round — whether for a morning coffee or relaxing by the sea at sunset.
The property also includes two private parking spaces, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a washer-dryer, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free extended stay.
Other things to note:
Please note that access to the apartment is fully digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to open both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system.
Please do not make noise after 10:00 PM and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). If traveling with a minor, you will be required to specify the type of relationship. Failure to comply with this regulation will constitute formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not entitle guests to any compensation.
Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
A security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required. Utility expenses will be deducted from the deposit once the stay has ended. For more information, please contact us.
